Pilates Apparatus

The ultimate exercise for health and well-being. We combine traditional Pilates exercises with

an exclusive room heated at 40ºC (104ºF). By doing so, results are maximised achieving a

quicker and safer progress.

Bikram yoga

Bikram Yoga : 26 postures+2 pranayamas at 40ºC (104ºF). Lenght 90 minutes. Sequence of postures to activate various body systems: digestive, breathing, circulatory, immune, musculoskeletal and nervous.

Hot Vinyasa

Series of postures based on the asthanga tradition. Sequence of powerful, dynamic and

complex exercises.

Yoga Sculpt is a full body workout that combines yoga, weight bearing exercises, plyometrics (cardio bursts), and stretching in a 60 minute action packed class with upbeat music. We work on the breath, mental focus and spirit throughout the class making the class fun and dynamic. Yoga Sculpt is fast moving, highly motivational and works every major muscle group in the body.
